Prigozin: 20,000 Wagner fighters dead in Bakhmut, about half of them prisoners

Casualties rose rapidly in Ukraine, with the head of the Russian paramilitary Wagner Group saying Wednesday (May 24) that 20,000 of his men had been killed in fighting for the Udonian city of Bakhmut.
