High cholesterol occurs when there is too much of the type of fat called LDL ‘bad’ cholesterol in the blood. The main cause of this disease is unhealthy fat, processed foods, bad habits like alcohol, smoking and lack of physical activity.

This disease occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot use the insulin produced effectively. Diabetes has become a common disease these days.
