US gold prices edged lower on Wednesday as the dollar rose. Spot gold was down 0.2 percent at $1,824.06 an ounce by 0047 GMT. US gold futures were down 0.3 percent at $1,831.30. Compared to the dollar, the rupee has reached Rs.82.65 in the international market.
The price of silver per kg in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata is Rs.66,800. In Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, the price of 1 kg of silver is Rs.69,200.
