As part of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Australia, who are playing the first Test at Nagpur, got a huge shock. That team’s middle order batsman Mathew Renshaw. He was injured on the second day of practice. According to Australian cricket sources, he was taken to the hospital for medical examination.
It is reported that Renshaw injured his knee while practicing during the warm-up on the second day. It is known that he was seen with a bandage on his knee and was taken to the hospital for scanning. Aussies are fielding Aston Agar in place of Renshaw.

Before the first Test, the main Aussie all-rounder Cameron Green was not available for this match due to injury. The Aussie team management made Renshaw a place in the final team instead of the team’s middle order batter Travis Head. But in the first innings, Renshaw, without making any runs, reached Outai Pavilion as an LB on the first ball. Ravindra Jadeja, who dismissed Labushen, also dismissed Renshaw in his next ball.
Matt Renshaw is currently off the field with knee soreness. Hoping for a positive result on his scans. 🤞

In this series, the Aussies are not going to get injured. Before the first test, the main player of the team, Mitchell Starc, withdrew from the first test due to injury. He will join the team till the second Test (Delhi). Along with Starc, the team’s main pacer Josh Hazlewood is also not playing the Nagpur Test due to injury. Cameron Green also misses out due to injury. Now that Renshaw is injured, will he continue this Test? Or..? That is doubtful.
