Welder Mahbub Khan (31) of Owaisi Hills in Mylar Dev Palli said that his nephew (16), a high school student from Owaisi Hills, was attacked at around 1 am on Thursday morning. When the police took up the investigation, they found that an intermediate student on a bike hit him while he was going to a medical shop in Achireddy Nagar to buy medicines. An argument broke out between two youths. While the victim was in the same area, the 17-year-old boy who got into a fight met his friend and started arguing again. It was during this sequence that the biker stabbed the boy in the back. The police said that the accused fled from the place when the neighbors came after he screamed. Police have launched a manhunt to nab the minors involved in the attack.
