All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi lashed out at Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). He addressed a public meeting in Mumbra, Mumbai on Saturday. Asaduddin Owaisi speaking at a public meeting organized in the suburban area of Mumbra, Owaisi made it clear that he has no sympathy for Uddhav Thackeray for losing the party.
He attacked the Shiv Sena over the riots in the 90s. Asaduddin Owaisi said why Mumbra came into existence. Who are the people who forced the elders to flee from Mumbai and come here? He said that he has not forgotten any incident.
He said that he cannot forget those days when people were put behind bars under TADA. Owaisi said that Uddhav Thackeray’s group claims to be secular. He said that Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde are one and the same. He said Shiv Sena is secular. At the same time targeting the Congress, Owaisi asked if Rahul Gandhi could accept this. He also targeted Congress and NCP.
Asaduddin Owaisi said that Congress and NCP have not done anything for Muslims. He targeted Sharad Pawar for changing the name of Aurangabad to Shambhaji Nagar. Owaisi said that NCP chief Sharad Pawar should break his silence on changing the name of Aurangabad. One of our places of worship has been attacked and he wants to ask Sharad Pawar about this. But, Sharad Pawar will go for Muslim votes
Owaisi said that there was an attack on a 500-year-old Dargah in Vishalgarh, and Sharad Pawar will not say anything about it, but will go to Pune to ask for Muslim votes. On the argument that Modi will be deposed, he said that we need Muslim (our) votes. Owaisi said that he got bail.
Owaisi said that they made provocative speeches against me, but I am speaking the truth. He said that no political party is talking about Muslim reservation. Owaisi said that the Muslims of Maharashtra should not get reservation. Majority of landless Muslims are in Maharashtra. He said that Sharad Pawar will not talk about all these matters.
