BMW has launched two superbikes on the occasion of completing 100 years of BMW. These bikes include R9T 100 Years and R 18 100 Years Limited Edition bikes.

Luxury car manufacturer BMW has introduced two new bikes in the Indian market. BMW has specially introduced two bikes on the occasion of its 100th anniversary. Let’s see the features and specifications of these two bikes and how powerful the engine is.
Launched these bikes BMW has launched two superbikes on the occasion of completing 100 years of BMW. These bikes include R9T 100 Years and R 18 100 Years Limited Edition bikes. There will be only 1923 units of both bikes worldwide, marking the year the R32 was introduced.
That’s how powerful R9T 100 Years is The BMW R9T 100 Years Bike comes with an 1170cc air/oil cooled two cylinder, four stroke engine from the company. This bike produces 109 horse power and 116 Newton meters of torque. With this engine, the top speed of the bike is more than 200 km per hour. The company has provided LED headlight and DRLs for these bikes. Options like ASC for safety, rain and road riding are standard. Optional features include cruise control, heated grips, aluminum package, aluminum fuel tank, tail shorts, tail tracker.
How about R18 100 years On the occasion of 100 years BMW also introduced the R18 100 Years. This bike has a 1802cc engine that produces 67 kW of power and 158 Nm of torque. This bike can be ridden faster than 180 km per hour.
What is the price? The BMW R9 100 Years ex-showroom price in India is Rs.24 lakhs, while the second bike R18 100 Years ex-showroom price is Rs.25.90 lakhs. Both the bikes were introduced as limited edition bikes. But only few of these units will be distributed in India as well.
