Lieutenant Uppala Vinaya Bhanu Reddy (VVB Reddy), who died in an army helicopter crash in Arunachal Pradesh, was cremated with military honours.

Lieutenant Uppala Vinaya Bhanu Reddy (VVB Reddy), who died in an army helicopter crash in Arunachal Pradesh, was cremated with military honours. It is known that Lieutenant Colonel Uppala Vinaya Bhanu Reddy and Major Jayant lost their lives in the crash of Indian Air Force helicopter Cheetah in Arunachal Pradesh. Lt. Col. Uppala Vinaya Bhanu Reddy’s native place is Telangana. His body was brought to Begumpet Airport on Friday night. There the army officers paid tribute to the body of VVB Reddy with full military honors.
Later, the body of VVB Reddy was moved to his residence in Malkajigiri, Hyderabad. Army Chief General Manoj Pandey reached VVB Reddy’s residence in Malkajgiri and paid tribute to his body. Visited their family members.
Later, VVB Reddy’s body was moved to Bommalaramaram of Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district, his native village. Telangana Power Minister Jagdish Reddy, military officers and many local public representatives paid their respects to VVB Reddy’s body there. The body was placed on a military vehicle and the funeral procession was carried out. A large number of people participated in the funeral procession of VVB Reddy. Later VVB Reddy was cremated with military honours.
Also, VVB Reddy passed out from National Defense Academy (NDA). Family sources said he served in the army for nearly 20 years. VVB Reddy’s wife Spandana and two daughters. VVB Reddy’s wife Spandana is working as a dentist in Army.
