According to the police, comedian Khayali raped a 25-year-old woman in a hotel room in Jaipur on Thursday (March 16). However, the police said that a case was registered against Saharan at the Mansarovar police station on the basis of a complaint filed by a young woman on March 14.
But he said that a case has been registered against Khyali on the allegation that he committed rape while promising to give her a job. He said that Khayali raped the woman in a ‘drunk’ state in a hotel room in Mansarovar area on the pretext of employment. According to the complaint of the young woman, a case has been registered against the accused Khyali under Section 376 (rape) of the IPC and the police are currently investigating the matter, said Sandeep Yadav, Sub-Inspector of the Mansarovar Police Station.
Police said that the victim was a resident of Sriganganagar and was working as a marketing executive in a company. About a month ago, she said, she approached Khyali seeking help for a job with another woman. In this order, Khyali booked two rooms in a hotel. One for himself and the other for both women. After that, the young lady stated in the complaint that Khyali drank beer and forced them to drink it too. Later it seems that he raped a young woman.
