A group of BJP leaders met Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundarrajan. BJP leaders asked Governor Tamilisai to take action on the TSPSC paper leak issue. They complained that the state government is acting negligently in this matter. A group of BJP leaders appealed to Governor Tamilisai to order the government to conduct an inquiry into the paper leak by a sitting judge. Etala Rajender, Boora Narsaiah Goud, Ramachandra Rao, Marri Sasidhar Reddy and others who met the Governor. After meeting the Governor, the BJP leaders spoke to the media.

Meanwhile, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has already canceled the Assistant Engineer (AE) exam in connection with the question paper leak issue. The board has announced that it is doing so. The TSPSC has taken this decision based on the findings of its internal inquiry with the report of the SIT team investigating the question paper leak case.
