Corona, which has plagued the world for two years, still has not left. Even today, Corona positive light is seen in every country. Due to Corona, many changes have to be made in the game of cricket. The BCCI, which held the 2020 IPL season in the UAE during the corona crisis in India, held the second phase there after the cases came to light in the middle of the 2021 season…

The 2022 IPL season was held without any corona cases or disruptions. Now people are afraid of corona virus. I am not worried much even if I get corona positive. With this, the ICC has taken a decision to allow players who have tested positive for Corona to play.

Australian all-rounder Tahila McGrath played the final match during the T20 World Cup 2022 even after testing positive for Corona. After the final match, Team India did not know that they had played with a Corona positive patient.

However, BCCI does not want to play the players who have tested positive for Corona in the Indian Premier League 2023 tournament. If any player tests positive for Corona, the player will have to spend a week in quarantine.

They will be allowed to meet with the rest of the players and play matches only after they test negative for Corona. During the IPL 2021 season, BCCI has organized the league matches in Bio Bubble. But due to players like Wriddhiman Saha and Varun Chakraborty who have gone beyond the bio bubble, corona cases have come to light in the teams…

The Indian Premier League 2021 season had to be halted halfway after the completion of 29 matches as tens of players tested positive for Corona within two days. To complete this season, the T20 World Cup 2021 was scheduled before, the Indian players said that due to the busy schedule, they were tired and that’s why they could not play well in the short World Cup.

That is why BCCI has taken such a decision to prevent such incidents from happening again. Arrangements are being made to quarantine the positive players and give them treatment.

Four years after the IPL 2019 season, matches are going to be played again in the old fashioned home-away system. IPL matches are going to be held in 12 cities in the country. Along with the Gujarat Titans who won the title last season and Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s last season, Chennai Super Kings are also entering the ring as favorites for the IPL 2023 season title.
