Amaravati: Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has ordered the authorities to take precautions to avoid power cuts in the coming summer… to commission new units in Krishnapatnam and NTTPS. It is advised to check the reserves in advance without any shortage of coal. Minister Peddireddy held a review meeting with the officials on the Energy Department today at the Secretariat. On this occasion, the minister discussed several key issues and advised the senior officials of the power department to take precautions keeping in mind the demand for electricity in the coming summer.
