Gurugram: A terrible incident has come to light in Gurugram, Haryana. A 27-year-old female software engineer was raped. If he went for a job, he would have resorted to this atrocity. The incident took place in the basement of Sahara Mall in Gurugram. She was raped in a car parked in the basement. She said that she was drugged and raped. After that, the victim lodged a rape complaint at the Women’s Police Station in Sector 51. The young woman was introduced to the accused as part of her job search. The victim said in her complaint that she had contacted a person named Tushar Sharma while looking for a job online and he promised to give her a job. Tushar Sharma called the victim last Saturday saying that he had an interview at Sahara Mall. The victim believed his words and reached Sahara Mall with her certificates at 1 pm. She met Tusshar Sharma who was already waiting there.

He told me to relax for a while as there was still time for the interview. He took her to his car in the basement saying let’s wait till then. He offered a bottle of fresh water to drink. After drinking that water, the young woman immediately lost consciousness. He pushed her unconscious into the car. After that Sharma raped her. To this extent, the victim woman stated in the complaint. She said that when she regained consciousness, she was shocked to know what had happened and stopped him. She expressed her grief that Sharma threatened to kill her if she told anyone about this matter. He left her alone in the parking lot and ran away.
She said that she came to the village from there and immediately approached the police. After receiving the complaint, the police sent the young woman to the hospital for medical examination. A case has been registered against the accused Tushar Sharma under Section 328, 376, 506 of the IPC and a manhunt has been launched to nab the accused. The police said that they are trying hard to find the accused.. They are also examining the CCTV footage of the mall for evidence related to the rape. Police said that they will ensure strict punishment.
