Court extends custody of Arun Ramachandrapillai for four days in Delhi liquor scam case. The court agreed to the ED’s request to extend the custody.

New Delhi: The ED officials filed a petition in the court on Thursday to extend the custody of Arun Ramachandrapillai in the Delhi liquor scam. According to the ED’s request, the court extended the custody of Arun Ramachandrapillai till the 20th of this month.
Arun Ramachandrapillai’s custody will end today. As a result, the ED officials produced Pillai in Rouse Avenue Court. The ED officials requested the court to extend Arun Ramachandra Pillai’s custody. But the court extended the custody.
Court extends Arun Ramachandrapillai’s custody for three days in Delhi liquor scam case. The court agreed to the ED’s request to extend the custody. The ED officials told the court that it is necessary to interrogate Kavitha and Arun Ramachandrapillai in the Delhi liquor scam case. The court asked how to try all of them together. ED officials told the court that Kavitha was a suspect in the Delhi liquor scam. The ED officials brought to the attention of the court that Kavitha did not attend today’s hearing. Arun Ramachandra Pillai asked the court to increase the custody as he has to be tried along with Kavitha. The court responded positively.
The ED lawyer also showed the documents sent by Kavita’s representative to the court without attending the hearing today. Kavitha is also to be tried along with Arun Ramachandrapillai and Nandana’s custody has been sought to be extended till the 20th of this month.

On the other hand, ED officials have also sent notices to YCP MP Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy in the Delhi liquor scam. He was ordered to come for investigation on 18th of this month. ED officials will also interrogate Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy before Kavitha.
