Going into the details… a person named Jaswant Shah from Mumbai registered a case against Gauri Khan. Jaswant recently bought a flat from a construction company in Lucknow for Rs 86 lakh. He paid all the money. But Jaswant stated in the complaint that the company had committed gharana fraud by handing over the flat booked by him to someone else.
Gauri Khan is acting as the brand ambassador of the respective company. He stated that he bought a flat in this company with faith in Gauri Khan. With this, an FIR has been registered against her under section 409 of fraud in the manner of breach of trust. Along with her, cases have also been registered against the company’s managing director Tulsiani Anil Kumar and director Tulsiani Mahesh.
