Young opener Shubman Gill, who replaced KL Rahul in the final team in the third Test, got injured. Gill was injured when the Indian team scored at 32-1. In the sixth over of India’s innings bowled by Starc, Gill ran off the third ball. In this sequence, while he was diving forward, he was injured under the abdomen. During the dive, Gill suffered a skin blow.
