Hyderabad: GHMC Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi has become serious with the authorities on fake certificates. It is known that the commissioner has ordered a vigilance inquiry regarding these certificates. The vigilance officials conducted an investigation on the discovery of around 20,000 stolen certificates. Vigilance officials have given a report to the commissioner. Fake certificates include birth and death certificates.
GHMC Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi arranged a review meeting with the officials on the issue of fake certificates. The Mayor summoned the concerned officials to his chamber and expressed his anger on the issue of fake certificates. The Commissioner will take action against the officials responsible for issuing fake certificates. Based on the vigilance report, the GHMC commissioner is likely to take action against those responsible.
