Andhra Pradesh: A crucial development has taken place in the murder case of YCP MP Vivekananda Reddy. Uma Shankar Reddy, Devi Reddy Shiva Shankar Reddy and Sunil Kumar Yadav who are the accused in this case were taken to Hyderabad from Kadapa Jail in the early morning amid heavy security. The fact that the accused in the Kadapa jail was moved to Hyderabad by the police at four o’clock in the morning on Friday has become a topic of discussion. They will be produced in the CBI court in Hyderabad on Friday at 10:30 am.
The three accused are Sunil Kumar Yadav A2, Uma Shankar Reddy A3, Devi Reddy Shiva Shankar Reddy A5. Erra Gangireddy, who is one of them in this case, is out on bail. A4 Dastagiri, who became an approver, is also on bail. Both of them have already reached Hyderabad. It is known that the Supreme Court has transferred this case from AP to Telangana on the plea of Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Sunitha. It is against this backdrop that all the accused in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case will appear in the CBI court in Hyderabad on Friday.

Erra Gangireddy and Dastagiri, who are on bail, have already reached Hyderabad as the CBI issued summons to appear in the CPI court on Friday. In this order, Sunil Yadav Umashankar Reddy and Devi Reddy Siva Shankar Reddy, who are in remand in the Central Jail, were moved to Hyderabad by the police under heavy special security. Preparations for this started from Thursday. By five o’clock in the evening on Thursday, the jail authorities completed all the arrangements to transport these accused to Hyderabad.

The family members of Devi Reddy Sivashankar Reddy met him in Moolakhat on Thursday evening. According to the information known at that time, it was said that he wanted to be taken to Hyderabad after midnight on Thursday.
