Former MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy protested at Ullikallu sand reach in Anantapur district today.

Anantapuram: Former Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy protested at Ullikallu sand reach in the district on Thursday. JC Prabhakar Reddy alleged that sand is being moved without permission. JC Prabhakar Reddy organized a dharna along with the farmers. But he was arrested by the police as there was no permission for dharna.
JC Prabhakar Reddy demanded that a case be registered against those who are moving sand from Ullikallu sand reach without permission. Police arrested JC Prabhakar Reddy who was camping on the road at Ullikallu Sand Reach. JC Prabhakar Reddy demanded to show permission documents if there is permission for Ullikallu sand reach. He asked the Mines officials and Tehsildar to show the permission for this sand reach.
JC Prabhakar Reddy, who went on dharna, was arrested by the police and taken to Peddappur police station. JC Prabhakar Reddy got into an argument with the police while being taken to the police station.
