Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) seems to be taking steps towards cleaning up the existing problems. Former judge Justice L Nageswar Rao, who is heading the single-member committee appointed by the Supreme Court to look into the pending elections in the HCA, will arrive in Hyderabad today. Elections to HCA will soon be held under Justice Nageswara Rao. Justice L Nageshwar Rao’s visit to Hyderabad became important in this order. He will have a meeting with HCA office bearers as part of this visit. On this occasion, it is possible to collect details on many topics.

In this order, the Supreme Court has issued important orders a few days ago. The HCA has appointed a single member committee headed by Justice Lau Nageshwar Rao to conduct the elections in an impartial and transparent manner. It said that he will also resolve other disputes along with the conduct of elections. It has been suggested that the elections should be conducted under the supervision of Justice L Nageswara Rao of Hyderabad. It is said that he will fix the Electoral College.
The Supreme Court said that the expenses will be borne by the association.. If the judge needs any orders from the court.. they can be mentioned before them. The court said that the deadlock in the HCA should be ended and the elections should be conducted in a fair manner. Also, the recordings of the pleas in this case should be placed before Justice Lau Nageswara Rao. But Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul said that they cannot monitor every sports association.
Also, Justice Nageswar Rao had previously overseen the process of finalizing the Electoral College for the Indian Olympic Association (IOA). The IOA is still monitoring the draft constitution.
