Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi Chief Kodandaram opined that it is wrong to portray the Kavita episode as a Telangana issue. He spoke to the media in Hyderabad on Thursday. He said that the issue of poetry is not the problem of Telangana people. Kodandaram denied linking this issue to Telangana. He questioned how they misuse the power for their own business.
He questioned why KCR is not suspending Kavitha from the party. He said that the Telangana Bachao Conference will be organized tomorrow in the spirit of Million March. He requested Telangana activists and intellectuals to come to the conference.
ED officials issued notices to BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha yesterday in the Delhi liquor scam and asked her to appear for trial on the 9th of this month. But Kavitha has written a letter to the ED officials that it will not be possible to attend the hearing on the 9th of this month. Kavitha informed that ED will come for investigation on 11th of this month. Kavita will be initiated at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on 10th of this month. Kavitha will organize the initiative to introduce the Women’s Reservation Bill in the Parliament. Representatives of many opposition parties will participate in this initiative.
