Maruti Suzuki Eco Van is available in 13 variants like five seater, seven seater, cargo, tour and ambulance. MSIL claims that the Eco Van has been designed keeping in mind the needs of consumers. The company will launch the updated Eco Van in the country in November 2022. The new model has a new engine, improved interiors and improved safety features.
The Maruti Suzuki Eco is powered by a 1.2 L K-Series Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine that produces 80.76 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 104.4 Nm of peak torque at 3,000 rpm. The new powertrain delivers 10% more power than the old model. Talking about the CNG version, it delivers 71.65 PS of power at 6000 rpm and 95 Nm of peak torque at 3,000 rpm. It is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. The Tour variant offers an ARAI certified mileage of 20.20kmpl on petrol and 27.05km/kg on CNG version. The passenger version returns a mileage of 19.71kmpl on petrol, while the CNG version returns 26.78km/kg.
Talking about the dimensions of this vehicle, it measures 3675mm in length, 1475mm in width and 1825mm in height. Its wheel base is 2350 mm. Weight is 940 kg. For safety, it gets the facility of child safety lock, disc brake. It also now gets standard features like passenger side airbag, anti-lock braking system + EBD, driver side airbag, rear parking sensor. The car has plenty of space and can seat six or seven people easily. Not only this, it’s a good place to go if you want to go somewhere with 5 or less people.
It comes with reclining front seats, cabin air-filter (AC variant), digital instrument console, rotary controls for AC and heater.
