Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy wrote a letter to the CBI on Sunday saying that he will not be able to attend the hearing tomorrow in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. CBI officials have to respond to this.

It is known that the CBI has intensified the investigation in the case of AP CM YS Jagan Baba and former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. In this context, it is known that the CBI has issued notices to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy for the third time. But Avinash Reddy wrote a letter to the CBI on Sunday that he will not be able to attend the hearing tomorrow. Avinash Reddy said in the letter that he will not be able to attend the hearing on Monday due to pre-arranged schedules. But the CBI officials have to respond to this.
CBI officials went to Avinash Reddy’s house in Pulivendulu and served notices. It is mentioned in the notices that he should attend the hearing on Monday (March 6). He said that he should come for investigation at the CBI office in Hyderabad. On the other hand, it is known that the CBI has also issued notices to Avinash Reddy’s father YS Bhaskar Reddy in connection with this case. While the CBI officials have issued a notice to Bhaskar Reddy to attend the hearing on the 12th of this month, the CBI officials have advised him to attend the hearing on the 6th of this month. He said that he should attend the inquiry in Kadapa itself.

MP Avinash Reddy was interrogated twice by the CBI officials in connection with this case. The CBI officials questioned Avinash Reddy for the first time on January 28 this year. On February 24, the officials questioned him again. After the second CBI investigation, Avinash Reddy told the media that he had cooperated with the CBI. He said that he answered the questions asked by the CBI to the best of his knowledge. He asked the media to broadcast the news carefully. Some were angry that he had threatened to meet Vijayamma by holding debates. He said that a group is spreading misinformation that he fled to Dubai. There is no truth in such news.
He said that when the case is being investigated, the media should think about what kind of publicity the investigation will get due to such actions. He said that an attempt is being made to change a lie from 0 to 100 and a truth from 100 to 0. He said that the investigation will be done on the person and not on the facts. He said that the CBI has been asked to reveal the letter found at the time of Vivekananda Reddy’s death. He said that he has submitted a petition to the CBI with the facts known to him, seeking an impartial investigation.
