Hyderabad: Spa centers and beauty parlors are turning into prostitution dens. Some people open themselves to these atrocities with the desire to earn easy money. Incidents of prostitution being conducted under the guise of these centers are mostly coming to light in Hyderabad. Recently, Kookatpally SOT police raided a house in Kukatpally on the basis of information that prostitution was being conducted in the name of beauty parlor and spa center. The incident took place in the Kukatpally police station on Tuesday.
Details related to this incident… Venkata Narasimharaju (31) is a native of West Godavari district of AP. He is staying near Chittaramma temple in Suraram, Hyderabad, Telangana. He owns a parlor called Lavish Beauty Parlour, Wellness Spa in Kukatpally Bhagyanagar Colony. The police received information that he was conducting prostitution with girls. Information has been received that girls are being sent photos of girls on WhatsApp and prostitution is being conducted under the guise of a spa center.

With this, the Kukatpally police and SOT police made a well-planned attack on that house. Apart from the person running the spa center, four other people were also detained in this raid. All of them were taken to the station from there. A case has been registered on this. Police said they have started an investigation.
Meanwhile, a similar incident came to light in Hyderabad on the 7th of this month as well. The Banjara Hills police raided four spas which had turned into prostitution houses while offering cross massage in the name of spa. The managers of these houses, which are running under the guise of a spa, have been arrested. Young women who commit prostitution in these spas are sent to rehabilitation centers.

In the raids of the police, it has been found that some girls are being hired in the name of massage therapists in these spas. As it was found that these salons and spas were being run against the rules, they were seized and the police registered cases. Aurum Salon and Spa brought five young women from Thailand and gave them the name of massage therapist. The police checks revealed that they were doing cross massage with them.
As a result, these Thai young women were detained by the police and taken to rehabilitation centers. A case has been registered against Sameer, manager of Auram Salon and Spa. The manager of this spa, Jangam Sudhakar, is currently absconding. The police also arrested Adharwahamam spa manager Yamin Jilani and owner Bhim Singh. All of them have not installed CC cameras in spas.. There is no customer entry registration.. Also they do not have GHMC trade license. Banjara Hills police have registered cases for operating spas without any of these.
