The post-mortem on the body of Satvik, a student who committed suicide at Sri Chaitanya College, Narsingi, has been completed at Osmania Hospital. Later his body was shifted from Osmania to Shadnagar. Satvik’s dead body was moved amid a huge stampede.
An Inter student named Satvik committed suicide in the classroom of Sri Chaitanya College in Narsingi, Hyderabad. There are allegations that he committed suicide due to harassment in college. Fellow students say that Satwik used to be beaten in college and he was deeply distressed by it. It seems that Satvik committed suicide at around half past ten on Tuesday night. The students say that the management did not even come forward to take the hanged Satvik to the hospital, they themselves carried the biker outside and asked for a lift and took him to the hospital. In the wake of this incident, the students were evacuated from there and shifted to another hostel.

On the other hand, Satvik’s parents held a protest in front of the college this morning and demanded justice for them. Satvik’s mother fainted during the agitation. Satvik’s body was shifted to Osmania Hospital for postmortem. On the other hand, SFI protested before the Inter Board demanding cancellation of recognition of Sri Chaitanya College, which caused Satvik’s death. SFI leaders remind us that students have died in many campuses of this college in the past as well. SFI demanded action against the college management who caused the death of the students.
