“Srivastava’s car hit a woman’s two-wheeler at Bhim Chowk in Jaripatka area on Friday afternoon. The woman managed to control her scooter,” a police officer said. “People rushed to the spot and nabbed the man,” officials said.
The video of this incident has gone viral on social media. Srivastava was taken to the police station and later sent for medical tests. The accused was released after his relatives told the police that he was suffering from heart disease.
