Prithvi Shaw attack
After her fight with cricketer Prithvi Shah, Sapna Gill’s Instagram followers doubled and she became the talk of the nation. Sapna Gill is trying hard to stay in the news by increasing this noise all of a sudden.
Sapna Gill spotted cricketer Prithvi Shah at a five star hotel in Mumbai on February 15 and decided to take a selfie with him along with her friends. But when Prithvi Shah refused to give them a selfie, she chased him and attacked the cricketer’s car with a baseball bat.
Prithvi Shah’s car was completely destroyed in this attack. Apart from this, there were also reports that Rs.50 thousand cash was demanded from the cricketer. After the video went viral on social media, the police registered a case and remanded Sapna Gill to court.
As the crime was proved, she was remanded for 14 days by the local court in Mumbai… Sapna Gill, who was out on bail after 5 days of remand, filed a case of sexual harassment against Prithvi Shah in reverse. Sapna Gill smiled and posed for the camera with the lawyer while she was out on bail.
Sapna Gill said that she is thinking of filing many cases against Prithvi Shah. As mentioned, she filed cases under 10 sections simultaneously.. As it did not work out much, she approached the Bombay High Court seeking to quash the FIR filed against her in the Prithvi Shah case.
Sapna Gill’s lawyer Ali Kashish Deshmukh, in a petition filed in the Bombay High Court, asked Oshiwara to direct the police not to file a chargesheet against Gill. In the petition, the police, who are investigating the case, have taken a huge amount of money from the cricketer Prithvi Shah and filed cases against Sapna Gill unjustly, and they have asked to take action against them considering this as an abuse of power.
On February 15, the Oshiwara police arrested five people in connection with the attack on cricketer Prithvi Shah. An FIR has been registered against five persons on the basis of a complaint filed by Prithvi Shah and criminal cases have been registered under sections of assault and intimidation.
Sapna Gill, who approached the airport police on February 25, was booked under Sections 34, 120B, 144, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354, 509 for sexually assaulting Prithvi Shah along with his friends Ashish Surendra Yadav, Brijesh and others. It has been asked to register cases under IPC sections. However, the airport police said that the place where the incident took place did not come under their purview and did not register an FIR.
