A terrible road accident took place in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The bike collided with the Scorpio car in which the SP leader was traveling near Basupur village under the block head quarters of Akhand Nagar police station. It is known that three people who were riding a bike died in this accident. Around 7 people were injured. All the injured were taken to the district hospital as their condition was critical.
Five of them were referred to Ambedkar Nagar Medical College. According to information received, local SP leader Ram Surat Prajapati was coming from the block in a Scorpio vehicle on Sunday afternoon. At the same time, the speeding bike from the front hit the Scorpio. Just as the Scorpio driver applied the brakes, many bikes collided one after the other.
Three youths died on the spot
On the other hand, three youths died on the spot when the Scorpio collided. The two deceased youths have been identified as Pravesh Phulpur and Ram Asare Mirpur. Another deceased from Mirpur Pratapur is also mentioned. But his identity is yet to be confirmed. The bodies of the deceased were sent for post-mortem and the police started legal proceedings.
As soon as the information about this major accident was received, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police reached the spot and inspected the spot. According to the district magistrate, discussions were held with the district Ambedkar Nagar administration for better treatment of the injured. The District Magistrate said that three people were killed in a Scorpio head-on collision in Akhand Nagar. In addition, 7 people were seriously injured. The dead bodies were shifted for post-mortem. In addition to this, it was explained that the injured were taken to the hospital.
