“Malikapuram” is a recent Malayalam film that became a huge hit. Coming to the story of the film…the story revolves around a little girl who is waiting to meet her superhero Ayyappan. Debutant Vishnu Shashi Shankar has directed the film with Unni Mukundan as the hero. Child actors Sripath and Devananda played the lead roles in this film. Unni Mukundan has already said that he is dedicating this film to crores of Ayyappa devotees.
It is produced by two leading production houses in Malayalam. An Mega Media owned by Anton Joseph and Kavya Film Company owned by Venu Kunnapilli are the production partners. The acting of the children in the movie “Malikapuram” is truly mesmerizing. Also, Unni Mukundan, who appeared in a key role, is impressive.
The film is directed by Vishnu Shashi Shankar, son of director Shashi Shankar, who is famous for films like Narayam, Kunhikoonan, Mr. Butler, Mantramothiram.
