He said that it is worrying to support those who are looting the country. He announced that he would pray for the country during Holi celebrations. Kejriwal, who announced that he would pray for the country during Holi celebrations, lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the arrests of his two former chief ministers, Manish Sisodia and Satyender Jain. It is said that it is worrying that the Prime Minister is putting those who provide good education and medical facilities to the people in jails and giving support to those who are looting the country. “Tomorrow I will meditate and pray for the nation. If you also feel that what Prime Minister Narendra Modi is doing is wrong, if you too are worried about the nation, after celebrating Holi, I request you to spare time to pray for the nation,” Kejriwal revealed in his video message.
Kejriwal said that he is not worried about Manish Sisodia and Satyender Jain, they are brave. ‘They are very brave. They may die for the country but no one can break their resolve. I am worried about the state of the country. Kejriwal commented that there are no people who work for the common people and listen to the common people. Manish Sisodia claimed that after 75 years there is a person who has given education to the poor which was only available to the rich. “Government hospitals across the country are in a bad state, 75 years after independence, one man has changed the face of health facilities.. He has given a new model of health with mohalla clinics, he is Satyender Jain. But they are being jailed on false charges,” he lashed out at the Centre.
Meanwhile, Satyender Jain was arrested in May last year in a corruption case. Manish Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on February 26. In this order, two ministers resigned from the Delhi cabinet last week. Resigned from their positions. AAP leaders were accused of corruption in the new liquor policy which was scrapped within 9 months of Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena recommending a CBI probe. After launching the new policy in November 2021, the Arvind Kejriwal government has been facing allegations of giving illegal benefits to liquor licensees. However, AAP and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal strongly denied the allegations, alleging that there was a political agenda behind the arrests.
