A two-judge bench headed by Telangana High Court Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan took up the Sumoto contempt of court hearing on Friday. Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has given a stern warning to senior advocate B Balamukunda Rao. Hitavu said not to behave like Salman Khan again in the court. It has been clarified that there is no possibility of Salman Khan type of activities in the court. Similarly, Bar and Bench are like one family and both should respect each other.
On December 15 last year, advocate B Balamukunda Rao acted objectionably against Single Bench Judge P Madhavi Devi. Not only did they obstruct the court proceedings, they also leveled accusations against the judge. She has sent a notice to the judge that she has disrespected him in open court by her actions and that her conduct comes under contempt of court and sought an explanation. This affair became a sensation. The High Court became serious about the behavior of the said lawyer Balamukunda Rao.
A two-judge bench of Justice N Tukaranji headed by Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan held a contempt hearing against Advocate Balamukunda Rao. Advocate Balamukunda Rao apologized when the inquiry was conducted on Friday. He said that such behavior will not be repeated again.
On December 15, 2022, Advocate B Balamukunda Rao disrupted the court proceedings while Single Bench Judge P Madhavi Devi was hearing arguments in a case. Representing his case, he quoted the judgments of the High Court and the Supreme Court. But, Justice Madhavi Devi refused to consider those judgments.

Judge Madhavi accused Devi of insulting her by asking unnecessary questions on the instructions of another counsel. Her conduct was said to be punishable under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act. He also sent a notice asking him to give an explanation within a week. He warned that he would take action if an explanation was not given.
Advocate Balamukunda Rao tendered an unconditional apology for his actions to a two-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan on Friday. He said that he will not behave like this again. He withdrew the notices sent to Justice Madhavi Devi. He recently apologized for the way he behaved that day. Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan warned Balamukunda Rao for this. He warned that this should not happen again. He said not to act like Salman Khan again in the court. It is clear that there is no room for activities like Salman Khan in the court. Moreover, he said that both Bar and Bech are like one family. He explained that we should respect each other. Advocate Balamukunda Rao accepted the apology and closed the case.
