An investigation will be conducted on the incident of taking the dead body of a child on a bike for a distance of 120 km in an ambulance. The arguments of KGH staff and Tribal Cell are different.

Visakhapatnam: The medical department will conduct an internal inquiry into the incident of taking the child who died in KGH hospital on a bike for 120 km. A couple from Kumada village of Aluri district admitted their child to KGH hospital on 2nd of this month for treatment. RMO Vasudevan said in an interview to a Telugu news channel that the child was suffering from a serious health problem at the time of admission to the hospital. RMO said that the child died this morning while undergoing treatment at KGH hospital. The RMO said that the tribal cell will arrange an ambulance to take the child’s dead body. The RMO said that if the issue of non-arrangement of tribal cell ambulance is brought to their attention, they will arrange an alternative.. The RMO said that they are investigating how the parents took the child’s body past the security personnel.
Meanwhile, the argument of the tribal cell staff is different. The tribal cell coordinator said in an interview to a Telugu news channel that the child’s family members left the hospital just as they were arranging an ambulance. Tribal cell personnel say that the victim’s family members took the vehicle number and left with the body before the vehicle arrived. He said that they received information over the phone to move the child’s body. The tribal cell staff said that after learning that the parents had gone with the child’s body, they arranged an ambulance for them in Paderu.

Deputy CM Rajanna Dora ordered an inquiry into the incident. On the other hand, the medical and health department will also conduct an inquiry into the incident. Along with the cause of the child’s death, the authorities are also inquiring about the ambulance.
