The best poems were selected and the winners announced in the recently organized state level Karkamutta Reddy Memorial Poetry Competition to mark the 30th anniversary of Vasundhara Vigyan Vikasa Mandali.

The recent state level Karkamutta Reddy Memorial Poetry Competition organized to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Vasundhara Vigyan Vikasa Mandali received a great response. Five poems were selected as the best poems from the poems entered in the competition. Visvaika (Hyderabad), Avanisree (Gadwala Jogulamba district), Kondapalli Niharini (Warangal), Pothuri Seetharamaraju (Kakinada) and P. Rohinikumar (Parvathipuram, Manyanzilla) who showed diversity in this competition on the theme of ‘Cultivation of soil perfumes’ were the winners.
Naleshwaram Sankaram, Kotla Venkateswara Reddy and Oddiraj Praveenkumar acted as judges for these competitions. Founder Madhukar Vaidyula, President Edu Venkata Reddy and Convener V. Sumalatha said in a statement that the winners will be given prizes at the anniversary of the organization which will be held in the afternoon on March 12 at Ravindra Bharati in Hyderabad.
