What is in danger is the Congress party, not democracy: JP Nadda


Molakalmuru: “Congress party is in danger in the country… not democracy,” said BJP national president JP Nadda. BJP National President JP Nadda: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda once again targeted the Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi and made severe criticisms. “Congress party is in danger in the country… not democracy,” said BJP national president JP Nadda. He made the above comments while speaking at an open meeting organized in Karnataka where elections will be held soon. Karnataka BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel, state ministers R Ashoka, B Sriramulu and others participated in this open meeting.

Going into details, BJP national president JP Nadda said that what is in danger in the country is the Congress party and not democracy. Alleging that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is challenging India’s sovereignty, he asked people to keep such people at home. The way the Congress party is heading towards mental bankruptcy is heartbreaking and painful. JP Nadda said that the activities of the Congress party and the activities of its leader Rahul Gandhi are condemnable. Speaking at the Hiharanga Sabha held in Sambaalmuru, Karnataka, he said that the Congress leaders are involved in corruption, commission and criminalization and their policy is to divide and rule.

“Now they (Congress) have crossed all limits…Rahul Gandhi went to England and raised questions on India’s sovereignty. He said that democracy is under attack and is in danger. In the recent assembly elections, Congress won zero seats in Nagaland, five in Meghalaya and three in Tripura. What is at stake is It is not democracy. Your party (Congress) is in danger,” said JP Nadda. BJP President JP Nadda came to Molakalmuru Assembly as part of the party’s ‘Vijay Sankalpa Yatra’ in view of the assembly elections to be held in the month of May. Referring to Rahul Gandhi’s comments in London that Indian democratic structures are under brutal attack, he lashed out at Congress and Rahul.

Rahul Gandhi is asking for the intervention of American and European countries on the issue of democracy in India, should such leaders be allowed to be in politics? He asked. People were asked to make them sit at home. He criticized Rahul Gandhi for challenging Indian sovereignty and Congress for trying to preach about democracy. Nadda reminded that it was the Congress government at the center that imposed emergency in the country under the leadership of Indira Gandhi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has played a vital role in changing the political culture in the country. He criticized the politics promoted by the Congress as corruption, commission, criminalization and hereditary rule. Nadda said that the prime minister has started report card politics in the country with responsible leadership. PM Modi has established a strong and responsible government that believes in serving the people. This is the new India.. India is the fifth largest economy, with growth in sectors like automobile, digital payments and mobile phone manufacturing.
