IT searches are going on in the houses of the family members of YCP MLA Mohammad Mustafa Sheikh from Guntur district. On the second day, IT officials are continuing their search. IT officials seem to have seized important documents during these searches. Along with the house of Mustafa’s brother Kanuma, the houses of some of his relatives are also being searched. Currently, Kanuma is the president of the Anjuman Committee. But Mustafa seems to take care of all the business transactions. It is reported that Mustafa is a partner in many businesses including tobacco with Kanuma. It seems that IT officials are inquiring about the details of business transactions in this order.
Further, from Tuesday morning, IT officials started searching among Mustafa’s family members. IT officials are continuing to search under the protection of central forces. On the other hand, it is known that in Prakasam and Bapatla districts, IT officials conducted surprise inspections in the houses and offices of many tobacco traders on Tuesday. IT officials have examined the records in the offices. According to sources close to Mustafa, IT searches are also being conducted at the houses of Mustafa’s family members.
